1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 business day (orders must be placed before 10 AM local time to qualify).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on the destination, weather, and other unforeseen factors.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of the package, and the chosen shipping method. Some promotions may include free shipping on orders over a certain amount.
3. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM local time will be processed the following business day, however the Order on demand or Make my Design will take 5-6 Working days for processing and shipping.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only in India .
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some items may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. If your order includes restricted items, we will notify you.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the shipping carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send you a replacement if necessary.
